We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from the Dermot Kennedy Official Store. If you are not completely happy with your order, items can be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and including a copy of your packing slip.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
